1. Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
You can enjoy shopping without creating an account.

2. What should I do if I forget my password?
To re-set your password, follow the FORGOT PASSWORD instructions on the SIGN IN page. A password reset link will be sent to your email address associated with Koffie D’Anvers account.

3. Which countries do you deliver to?
Currently, we only deliver within the Hong Kong SAR.

4. Can I deliver my order to multiple addresses?
We can deliver one order only to one address. If you wish to deliver to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each.

5. What payment methods can I use? Is the payment secure?

6. How can I amend or cancel my order?
Refund, cancellation or changes to orders will not be accepted upon order confirmation. Kindly refer to our returns policy.

7. How can I ensure product quality?
We will ensure all coffee & tea products delivered to you are with shelf life no less than 6 months or with verbal agreements between us. If the products are found broken, incompletely packaged or with suspected quality issues, we will arrange product replacement or refund whenever necessary. Please keep the photos of the products as record.

8. How can I return or exchange an item?
To return or exchange purchases, please contact our Customer Service Hotline 2575 8825 or by email with the following information:
  • Order number
  • Date of delivery
  • Production codes on the packs (for coffee items), this allow us to trace the production batch
  • Condition of product at time of arrival
  • Detailed explanation of the issue
