Return Policy

We handle our products with the utmost quality and care to ensure that they are delivered in the best condition. If, for any reason, your order is damaged or defective upon receipt, simply follow our Return Procedures and return them to us for a courtesy replacement.


We accept return and exchange for all products except the following:

  • Any product returned more than 3 days after receipt
  • Any product that has been opened or used
  • Any discount, clearance, sale products or giveaways
  • Any consumables (e.g. coffee / coffee capsule)

In the event of dispute, Belgian Confectionery Co., Limited reserves the right to make the final decision.

 

RETURN PROCEDURES

 

To return or exchange purchases, please contact our Customer Service Hotline 2575 8825 or by email with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Date of delivery
  • Production codes on the packs (for coffee items), this allow us to trace the production batch
  • Condition of product at time of arrival
  • Detailed explanation of the issue
  • Your contact details
